Payment/Ordering: Directline Distributing accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for payment on COD shipments only. Please have your credit card number and expiration date available when ordering. Alternatively the easiest way to order product is to go to our dealer website www.dlorders.com to purchase product online
Free Freight Policy: Free ground freight is offered to qualifying customers on all orders that are shipping to a destination within the continental United States. To qualify for free ground freight, an individual order must be $495 or above. Next day or rush deliveries are available at an extra charge. All freight charges are based on FOB Dallas, Texas. Dealers who have a past due notice of more than 45 days are ineligible to receive free freight.
General Return Policy: No goods are to be returned without an RGA#, which must be marked on the outside of all packages. RGA#¹s are conditional only. The issuance of an RGA# does not automatically assure that a credit will be issued or that an exchange will be made. Close-out and/or other sale items may not be returned. Directline Distributing reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all non-defective returns. Call tags will only be issued on defective goods or shipping errors. Unless allowed in accordance with the stated guidelines of a special program or promotion, non-defective goods cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims of damaged goods, shortages, overages, and any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of shipment to be considered for an adjustment.
Pricing Policy: All pricing is subject to change without notice but we will usually let dealers know in advance.
Open Account Policy: Open account status may be applied for by submitting a completed credit application. Please allow five days processing time.
