VP of Operations

Participate in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives. Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectives. Confer with other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions. Direct and coordinate activities of wholesale distribution warehouse. Establish operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory. Coordinate activities of distribution warehouse with activities of sales, record control, and purchasing departments to ensure availability of merchandise. Direct reclamation of damaged merchandise. Negotiate and manage relationship with vendors and suppliers. Manage vendors using Magento and ShipStation. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or in a consulting-related occupation. *In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a consulting-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Experience must include 1 year of experience in each of the following:

1. Inventory planning, supply chain, or NPI
2. Project management;
3. Vendor management;
4. Statistical Analysis;
5. Data Modeling;
6. Database query building;
7. Spreadsheet modeling and familiarity with database capabilities; and
8. Demand forecasting.

Sales Order Department
The main responsibility will be to handle incoming phone calls from dealerships in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Requires an enthusiastic personality with competent computer skills and a willingness to assist the dealers we service as well as our nationwide sales force in all areas of customer service and sales. Other general office work will be expected.
Hours: 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
